SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Natural Essentials The INURVEDA Hair Growth & Care System will gladly accept returns or replace any damaged/defective products within 30-Days of purchase. All returns are at the discretion of Natural Essentials, Inurveda.

All order changes are accepted within 24-Hours of the order submission by EMAIL ONLY & INCLUDE ORDER # AND DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ORDER MODIFICATION. Our Support Team will ensure any correction requests are made before selected items are shipped.

If you are missing any items/products from your order, please notify us by email with your order confirmation number and missing item/product.

Out of stock items/product will not be charged.

Returns must be in its original form unopened and returned within 14 calendar days and subjected to a 25% restocking fee. A receipt of purchase is required for all returns subject to a refund.

REFUNDS will be given in the form of its original purchase transaction. Please allow adequate time (3-5 Business Days) to complete all refund credits.

Shipping charges will be reimbursed for damaged and defective products only. Returns on damaged defective and unopened products must be shipped and packaged safely to ensure the quality of the product for restocking and evaluation purposes. Identification is required on all returns.
